We connect each of our customers (and their personal information) using a registration key. You agree to prevent disclosure of your registration key and you agree to never disclose anyone's registration key. If your registration key gets disclosed we have the right to immediately terminate your contracts with us, deactivate your registration key, and revoke your license and any usage rights for our products.
Due to the product's very nature, you may not return a downloaded digital product and there is no refund.
All prices are excluding withholding taxes. The customer is responsible for adding and paying withholding taxes and other taxes applicable to his country except where stated otherwise.
If you're a company you agree to take part in the VAT reverse-charge mechanism, as applicable to your country. If your country does not have a reverse-charge mechanism please contact us.
Licensor may at any time revise these terms by updating this posting. By using this website, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms to which you are bound.
